About the role

FE (Field Engineer) position at client site HCL-GSK in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting Windows 7-10 PCs, managing Active Directory and GPOs, supporting MS Office 365, and handling enterprise anti-virus and encryption solutions. Also involves mobile device management for iOS and Android devices. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Must be adaptable, able to multitask, and willing to work off-hours and weekends when needed.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
