The role will also contribute to recruitment initiatives, process improvements, talent acquisition strategies, recruitment reporting, and team development to support the organization's hiring objectives.

This is a 6-month full-time contract position, including a handover period, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements and performance.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, sourcing activity, pipeline status, hiring progress, recruitment activity, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, vacancy, and recruitment information in the ATS and recruitment platforms, ensuring reliable reporting and effective pipeline management.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to new and junior recruiters, including guidance on sourcing, ATS usage, candidate management, stakeholder communication, and recruitment best practices.
  • Participate in a structured maternity leave handover and knowledge-transfer period, taking ownership of active vacancies, candidate pipelines, hiring priorities, stakeholder relationships, processes, and reporting responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience with strong end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, reporting, ATS, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.

What You Need

  • 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and hiring across multiple functions, markets, or locations.
  • Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders, developing recruitment strategies and initiatives, managing candidate relationships, and providing data- and market-driven recruitment recommendations.
  • Experience with recruitment reporting, metrics, ATS/recruitment systems, and sourcing platforms, with strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor new and junior recruiters, share recruitment best practices, and work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced global recruitment environment.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher) and valid work authorization for the applicable work location.
